Questions, answered
Can I use a phone selfie?
Yes. Most orders start from a normal phone photo. As long as the face is clear and well-lit, it works – front-facing shots give the best likeness.
How long does it take?
Production is about 7 days after you approve the preview, plus shipping (roughly 5-15 days depending on your location). Order about three weeks ahead for special occasions.
What if the preview isn’t right?
One round of revisions is included on every commission. Send your notes on the 3D preview and we’ll adjust before anything is printed or painted.
Can I add props or costumes?
Yes. A guitar, a sword, a diploma, a straw hat – we sculpt props and outfits into the model at the design stage. You don’t need to own them.
Can I order a gift without them knowing?
Absolutely. We ship discreetly and can include a gift message. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
What sizes are available?
From about 4 cm up to 15 cm, plus custom sizing on request. Check the size guide on the product page if table-scale compatibility matters.
